Our 2021 score was 88%, versus 83% in
2018/19. The measures taken to safeguard
welfare of employees during the pandemic
contributed to this significant increase.
We have trained 51% to date (as at
end June 2021).
We launched online earning for all
employees in 2021; 65% of employees
had completed it during the financial year
and the remaining 35% should have
completed it by the end of 2021.
